| A Healing Experience was written shortly after the death of my nephew Cody in the summer of 1997. I remember praying one night, saying lord I can't bear this anymore, I love him and miss him but I can't go on feeling this way, and then I picked up my guitar and A Healing Experience came out. Now whenever I think of Cody I get a big smile, because it makes me happy to remember him.
